You will define maintenance programs, improve uptime, and drive value through proactive reliability methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in senior-level IFM hard service delivery roles.
• Subject matter expert in hard services with deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and critical environment systems; proven ability to deliver complex IFM programs.
• Strong understanding of maintenance operations, compliance standards, and risk assessment.
• Proven track record promoting workplace safety culture.
• Experience with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to analyze data and provide operational insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience identifying capital improvement needs and technical enhancements.
• Knowledge of quality management and audit processes.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
