Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Facility Maintenance Program Manager to lead critical environment operations across a regional portfolio. You will direct maintenance activities for electrical, mechanical, structural, and life-safety systems while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with clients, manage vendor relationships, track KPIs and SLAs, and drive cost-saving initiatives through maintenance planning and project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, building automation systems across a variety of building types.
• Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the efficient operations and maintenance of all facility electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety in a dispersed regional portfolio.
• Maintain client satisfaction with delivery of facility services and support Client programs. Develop and maintain a positive client relationship.
• Provide contract, JLL corporate and account compliance management and quality control with vendor partners. Meet site KPIs and monitor SLAs to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions.
• Partner with Client to ensure overall oversight of portfolio is well maintained in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within regional team to drive overall account team success.
• Facilitate work order management for maintenance team and vendors.
• Enforce all Company policies and safety training requirements.
• Implement and monitor hazard control and team safety practices, ensure compliance with local codes, regulations and company policies.
• Support the Client in the implementation and execution of short and long-term projects.
• Support Client programs, processes and procedures that reduce short and long term operating costs and increase productivity.
• Oversee and execute the appropriate monthly, quarterly and annual on‑site inspections.
