Job summary

JLL is seeking a Global Engineering Program Manager to oversee a global portfolio, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of building systems. You will design inspection programs, implement maintenance best practices, and drive reliability improvements across regions.

Responsibilities include directing maintenance schedules, coordinating with facility managers, and optimizing vendor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in senior-level IFM hard service delivery roles.
• Subject matter expert in hard services with mechanical/electrical/critical env systems.
• Experience with CMMS and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a global portfolio's operations to keep systems safe, efficient and reliable.
• Define maintenance programs, schedules and best practices to maximize uptime.
• Provide guidance to Facility Managers and clients during equipment failures.
• Own the MOP process, ensure vendor compliance, and drive process improvements.
• Review work orders, ensure quality and coordinate with MES technicians and vendors.
