Job summary

JLL in Chicago seeks an experienced operations leader for its Global Derivatives business to oversee administrative systems, processes, and policies that support day-to-day operations and coordinate with Derivatives Heads and the broader team.

You will manage budgeting, vendor relationships, regulatory support, and cross‑functional collaboration with HR, IT, Accounting, Audit, Marketing and Compliance to drive efficiency, accuracy and compliant execution of activities across the desk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in business operations or management, preferably in financial services or capital markets.
• Experience supporting trading/derivatives-adjacent business is a plus.
• Familiarity with JLL accounting, finance, and HR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate business activities and drive efficiency.
• Support strategic plans, budgets, and monthly business reviews.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and manage invoicing.
• Ensure data integrity in Salesforce and SharePoint.
• Coordinate with IT, HR, Marketing, Compliance, and Audit.
