Job summary

JLL seeks a leader to drive Global Derivatives operations, coordinating administrative systems, processes, and policies to support day-to-day activities. You will work with Derivatives Heads and teams to align objectives and improve efficiency.

The role involves budgeting, data integrity in Salesforce, vendor management, and cross-functional liaison across HR, IT, Marketing, and Audit. Remote-friendly, with multinational scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in business operations or management, preferably in financial services or professional services.
• Experience supporting trading/derivatives-adjacent business is a plus.
• Familiarity with JLL's Accounting, Finance and HR systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate business activities; drive process improvements for efficiency.
• Assist in strategic plans, marketing presentations, and monthly business reviews.
• Support annual budget preparation with Derivatives Heads; analyze prior-year performance.
