Job summary

JLL is seeking a seasoned operations leader to drive the Global Derivatives business administrative functions and processes. You will work closely with the Derivatives Heads and shared services to ensure efficient day‑to‑day operations and strategic execution.

You will manage budgets, vendor contracts, data integrity in Salesforce, IT coordination, and cross‑functional liaison with HR, Accounting, Marketing, and Audit. This role emphasizes strong governance and collaborative execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in business operations or management within financial services or professional services.
• Experience supporting trading, treasury, or derivatives-adjacent business is a plus.
• Familiarity with JLL's internal Accounting, Finance, and HR systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations; identify and implement process improvements.
• Support budgeting and monthly business reviews with Derivatives Heads.
• Prepare strategic plans, marketing presentations, and quarterly reviews.
• Maintain relationships with vendors; handle invoicing and AP systems.
