Job summary

JLL is seeking a seasoned operations leader to drive the Global Derivatives business support functions, overseeing administrative systems, budgets, and regulatory alignment. You will collaborate with Derivatives Heads and office leaders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and strategic execution.

The role emphasizes governance, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination across HR, IT, Marketing, Audit, and Accounting. A strong background in financial services operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in business operations or management, ideally in financial services or capital markets.
• Experience supporting a trading, treasury, or derivatives-adjacent business is a plus.
• Familiarity with JLL's internal Accounting, Finance, and HR systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate business activities; drive process improvements.
• Support budget preparation and monthly reviews.
• Maintain vendor contracts, invoice processing, and data integrity.
• Coordinate with IT for equipment, systems access, and service tickets.
