Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Data Manager Lead / Data Manager II to provide technical leadership across Data Management and act as the primary contact for assigned studies. This remote role focuses on delivering high-quality data management outputs on time while collaborating with teams across global geographies.

The successful candidate will manage go-live and database lock timelines, mentor junior staff, and ensure adherence to ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in clinical research and data management.
• 6+ years of hands-on Clinical Data Management experience.
• Experience across startup, conduct, and closeout phases.
• Experience authoring Data Management documents and working with Medidata Rave.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional data management activities across global regions.
• Manage study data delivery timelines and milestones (Go-Live, Interim, FDL).
• Review contracts and SLAs to track sponsor metrics and KPIs.
• Support audits and inspections, ensuring quality standards and compliance.
• Provide mentorship to junior Data Management staff.
