Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Data Manager Lead / Data Manager II to provide technical Data Management leadership on global studies. The role is remote with location listed as Continental US and focuses on delivering quality, timely data for Go-Live, interim deliveries, and final database lock.

The candidate will mentor junior staff, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with ICH/GCP and QA processes while proactively mitigating risks across projects.

Qualifications

• Broad experience in clinical data management.
• Ability to lead multi-region teams and manage sponsor deliverables.
• Experience authoring/coauthoring standard Data Management documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional data management leadership across global regions.
• Manage study data delivery timelines (Go-Live, Interim Deliveries, Final DB Lock).
• Review contracts to manage sponsor metrics and KPIs.
• Ensure quality and regulatory compliance (ICH/GCP).
• Provide mentorship to junior Data Management staff.
• Prepare for audits and inspections; drive CAPAs.
