• 5+ years of industry sales experience, preferably in water treatment or specialty chemical industries.

• Develop growth strategies aligned with division priorities and goals.
• Coordinate with regional/global teams to drive account strategies.
• Negotiate multi-year partnerships with key accounts to accelerate sales.
• Create and manage sales programs with Marketing to promote markets under your oversight.
• Partner with field sales to meet contractual commitments and demonstrate value to customers.
