This leadership role sits at the intersection of Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Executives. Strong relationships, storytelling, and program management are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Significant customer advocacy, reference, or marketing experience in B2B technology or SaaS.
• Experience building and scaling a formal advocacy or reference program.
• Proven success supporting strategic sales opportunities with customer references.
• Strong experience developing case studies, videos, testimonials, and events.
• Experience managing programs for G2, Gartner Peer Insights, TrustRadius, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional executive presence and ability to build trusted relationships with senior customer leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Kantata’s global customer advocacy program with strategy, processes, and governance.
• Recruit and develop a diverse community of customer advocates across industries and regions.
• Produce case studies, videos, testimonials, and executive stories.
• Manage sales reference requests and protect relationships from fatigue.
• Own customer review programs across G2, Gartner, TrustRadius, etc.
