Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Manager, Marketing Content Strategy for CGT to lead global content plans and regional campaigns. You will translate complex CGT science into credible messaging that supports adoption and commercial growth while guiding cross-functional teams.

Reporting to the Director, Global CGT Marketing & Strategy, you will shape messaging frameworks, editorial calendars, and content assets across presentations, case studies, training materials, and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, scientific communications, or related commercial communications.
• Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear content for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Experience developing content for omnichannel campaigns, conferences, customer communications, and sales-enablement materials.
• Knowledge of cell and gene therapy or related markets preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 15%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute global content strategies aligned with CGT priorities, upstream marketing strategy, and customer needs.
• Translate complex scientific information into clear, credible content across presentations, brochures, case studies, and materials.
• Guide internal experts and partners to create cohesive, differentiated communications.
• Establish global content plans, calendars, assets, and approval workflows for milestones and campaigns.
• Lead cross-functional content reviews with Regulatory, Legal, Quality, and Corporate Communications teams.
