BCD Meetings & Events seeks an Regional Congress Account Manager. You will support Life Sciences clients in a fast-paced congress environment, partnering with Global Account Director and operations teams to drive engagement and program success.

The role is virtual for US-based candidates in the Eastern Time Zone, with 25%-50% travel. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, and strong client relationship skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or client-facing roles.
• Exposure to Life Sciences or congress environments is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a reliable point of contact.
• Ensure timely, accurate deliverables and high-quality communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain project timelines and scope.
• Support reports, presentations and education materials for client reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and client experience.
