Job summary

GISI Consulting Group is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Counsel to design and implement risk, compliance, and audit programs. The role supports OpCos across the organization, with enterprise-wide involvement in investigations, regulatory inquiries, third-party risk, and training to promote integrity and accountability. The position is largely remote, with travel to GISI’s NYC office several times monthly, and requires U.S.

work authorization. A J.D.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise integrity standards, including anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, antitrust, and fair-competition expectations.
• Oversee integrity and third-party risk program, including due diligence, risk screening, monitoring, and remediation.
• Lead ethics investigations across the enterprise and advise leadership on integrity issues.
• Support enterprise risk management and regulator risk assessments.
• Assist with risk-based audits and training to foster a culture of integrity.
