Job summary

GISI Consulting Group seeks a Regulatory Compliance Counsel to design and implement risk, compliance, and audit programs across OpCos. You will respond to regulatory inquiries, oversee investigations, third-party risk, training, and internal audit, partnering with leaders to uphold integrity and accountability.

You will work with the Chief Compliance Counsel and Chief Legal Officer, handling enterprise-wide initiatives and senior leadership advisement. A U.S.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in compliance, internal audit, investigations, or related roles.
• Experience leading or overseeing compliance and/or internal audit in a complex, multi-jurisdictional organization.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee ethics and compliance investigations across the enterprise.
• Serve as counsel on workplace conduct matters requiring escalated judgment.
• Oversee integrity helpline and speak-up channels, including intake and routing.
• Design and support Enterprise Risk Management and Risk/Controls registers.
