Job summary

emagine Group seeks an experienced Compliance Specialist to support regulatory compliance across the organization and ensure adherence to laws such as GDPR, DORA, and NIS2 at the Group level.

The role involves advising on compliance topics, translating requirements into practical guidance for international operations, and collaborating with teams across countries. A potential transition to a permanent position may be considered based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or related function.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulatory frameworks (GDPR, DORA, NIS2).
• Strong English written and verbal communication, ability to document and articulate topics.

Responsibilities

• Acting as trusted advisor on regulatory compliance across the organization.
• Assessing and evaluating concrete compliance topics, risks, and obligations.
• Reviewing contracts from a regulatory compliance perspective.
• Providing guidance on regulatory frameworks including GDPR, DORA, NIS2, and AI Act.
• Maintaining and maturing policies, procedures, and controls.
• Identifying gaps and driving remediation actions.
• Driving and supporting compliance-related projects and initiatives.
