Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years in conflicts, new business intake or AML/compliance.
• Experience using Intapp Open or similar conflicts systems preferred.
• Strong research and data synthesis abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration within legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform conflict checks and research on prospective clients and related parties.
• Conduct client due diligence, including KYC and AML clearances, across risk levels.
• Coordinate with Ethics, Finance, HR and Recruiting to obtain approvals.
• Prepare concise summaries for requesting partners and maintain records.
