Job summary

DigitalOcean is seeking a Compensation Partner to drive market-aligned compensation programs globally. You will partner with Talent Acquisition and People Business Partners, maintain structure and model range refreshes, and lead annual and mid-year cycles with internal equity at the forefront.

In this remote role, you will build complex financial models, benchmark data, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering timely merit and equity adjustments across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with TA and HRBP on offers and compensation matters.
• Proven ability to build and maintain compensation models and ranges.
• Experience leading annual and mid-year compensation cycles.
• Comfort with global, multi-regional compensation programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Partners on offers below Director level.
• Maintain benchmarking tools and ranges to ensure external competitiveness.
• Build complex financial models to support range refreshes and ad-hoc requests.
• Conduct internal equity audits to identify pay disparities across regions.
• Manage end-to-end annual compensation planning cycles.
• Evaluate job descriptions against industry benchmark data.
