Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking a Global Commodity Manager to lead long-term category strategies for data center infrastructure markets. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Product Management to deliver design-to-cost initiatives, supplier engagements, and productivity gains.

The role is remote in the US, ideally near North Andover, MA, with responsibilities spanning global sourcing, supplier development, and strategic negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Manufacturing).
• 7+ years of strategic sourcing, commodity management, procurement, or supply chain experience.
• Proven ability to work across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Product Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for valves and components for data center markets.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Product Management on cost initiatives and supplier engagement.
• Drive supplier performance and cost improvements through SRM and negotiations.
• Deliver annual productivity through strategic sourcing, negotiations, value engineering, and base-supply optimization.
• Use spend analytics, market intelligence, and digital procurement tools to improve decision quality.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
