Watts Water Technologies is seeking a Global Commodity Manager in North Andover, MA, to develop and execute sourcing strategies across a global supplier base. You will lead cost reductions, supplier selection, and risk mitigation while collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing and Product Development on new launches and production.

This hybrid role requires 7+ years in supply chain, with 5+ years in operations and a Lean/Six Sigma background, plus 25% travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• 7+ years in supply chain operations (industrial/commercial) with cast iron and valves.
• 2+ years in a buyer/planner role; proven year-over-year savings in manufacturing.
• Experience in Lean/Six Sigma transformation.
• Willingness to travel 25% domestically and internationally.
