Watts Water Technologies in North Andover, MA, seeks an Associate Commodity Manager to drive sourcing strategies for assigned commodities. You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Product Development to support launches and ongoing production in a hybrid office setting.

The role focuses on cost reduction, supplier risk management, and supplier negotiations, with domestic and international travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering, or supply chain.
• 3+ years in supply chain operations (industrial/commercial).
• Experience delivering year-over-year savings in manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing cost reduction strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage metrics such as Supplier Quality, Service, Cost, Safety, and Integrity.
• Support categorizing suppliers as Grow, Maintain, or Rationalize with strategies.
• Lead a Sourcing Cost Reduction Program (PPV & VAVE) project funnel.
• Maintain a supply chain roadmap, supporting transitions and improvements.
• Support supplier negotiations and lead project implementation for assigned commodities.
• Develop relationships with Engineering, Product Management and external suppliers.
• Provide escalation support for site purchasing managers and improve supplier performance.
• Maintain a Supplier Risk Management Program focusing on capacity, quality, and delivery.
