Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in North Andover, MA, seeks an Associate Commodity Manager to drive cost reduction, supplier selection, and cross-functional sourcing. You will collaborate with engineering, product management, and suppliers to optimize performance, quality, and delivery while traveling as needed and supporting new product launches.

The role requires 3+ years in supply chain, a bachelor’s in a relevant field, and experience delivering year-over-year savings in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial or mechanical engineering, or Supply Chain.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations (industrial/commercial).
• Commodity experience implementing strategic plans to deliver world class sourcing of manufactured parts.
• Experience in delivering year-over-year savings in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to travel 25% domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing cost reduction strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage metrics such as Supplier Quality, Service, Cost, Safety, and Integrity.
• Support in categorizing suppliers and implementing strategies.
• Manage a Sourcing Cost Reduction Program (PPV & VAVE) project funnel.
• Maintain a Supplier Risk Management Program focusing on capacity, quality, and delivery.
