Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline as listed in the qualifications.
• 7+ years of strategic sourcing, commodity management, procurement, or supply chain experience.
• Experience collaborating across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Product Management.
• Proven track record delivering productivity improvements via sourcing, negotiations and cost optimization.
• Experience developing category strategies and supplier relationship management programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for valves and components for data center markets.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Product Management on design-to-cost and supplier qualification.
• Drive supplier performance, negotiations, and long-term partnerships.
• Deliver annual productivity targets through strategic sourcing and value engineering.
• Utilize spend analytics and market intelligence to improve sourcing decisions.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
