Precision for Medicine is seeking a Senior Operational Strategy Director to lead and support operational strategy for RFPs, BDMs, and post-BDM activities. You will collaborate across clinical, feasibility, and business development teams to deliver data-driven strategies, robust budgets, and compelling proposal content for global trials.

You will mentor colleagues, guide strategic decisions, and travel domestically and internationally to engage with clients and industry events as needed.

Qualifications

Approximately 18 years in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry or equivalent.
Experience in operational strategy analysis and budget review.
Knowledge of ICH-GCP, SOPs and regulatory guidance.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with medical, operational, BD and proposal teams to shape operational strategy for opportunities.
Develop and refine study budgets in partnership with leadership.
Create proposal text outlining operational strategy and conduct reviews before sponsor delivery.
Represent Precision operations in pre-award meetings and client engagements.
