Precision Medicine Group seeks a Senior Operational Strategy Director to drive and support operational strategy for RFPs, BDMs, and pre-award activities within the Operational Strategy Department.

The role requires leading budgeting, feasibility analyses, and cross-functional collaboration with medical, operational, and business development teams globally to ensure robust planning and a competitive edge in difficult studies.

Qualifications

• 18 years in the CRO/Pharmaceutical industry or equivalent relevant experience and/or demonstrated competencies.
• Demonstrated competence in operational strategy analysis and budget review.
• Strong experience in clinical development operations, feasibility, budgeting and study delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with medical, operational, business development and other leadership to craft strategy for opportunities focusing on enrollment, feasibility and timelines.
• Provide data-driven analysis for country/site recommendations and competitive landscape.
• Develop proposal text describing operational strategy and conduct proposal reviews prior to sponsor delivery.
• Ensure proposals reflect robotic robust strategic, operational, scientific and clinical development planning.
• Create and refine study budgets and support budgeting in collaboration with other leaders.
• Work with Project Management and Clinical Trial Management to transition operational strategy ahead of opportunity BDM.
• Participate in post-award meetings to provide rationale behind strategy decisions.
• Mentor Operational Strategy colleagues in strategy and budgeting.
