Job summary

Precision Medicine Group seeks a Senior Operational Strategy Director to drive and operationalize strategy for RFPs, bid defenses, and post-award follow-ups. You will lead projects to maintain competitive edge and collaborate across clinical and business teams to deliver robust, data-driven strategies for biotech and pharma clients.

The role involves representing Precision at pre-award meetings, mentoring colleagues, and traveling domestically and internationally to meet clients and industry

Qualifications

• Approximately 18 years in the CRO/pharma industry or equivalent relevant experience.
• Demonstrated competence in operational strategy analysis and budget review.
• Strong experience in clinical development strategy, feasibility, budgeting, and operational execution across all trial phases.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with medical, operational, business development and proposal teams to craft operational strategies for opportunities, including enrollment, feasibility, and timelines.
• Provide data-driven analyses to support country/site recommendations and competitive landscape assessments.
• Develop proposal text describing the operational strategy and conduct comprehensive reviews before sponsor delivery.
• Create and refine study budgets and support finalization with leadership input.
• Represent Precision for Medicine in client meetings and support pre-award collaboration including translational and data innovation strategies.
