Job summary

WR Immigration is seeking a Client Services Coordinator for our Santa Monica team. This role can be performed remotely, in-office, or on a hybrid basis, with remote candidates required to be in the Pacific Time Zone.

You will support onboarding, reporting, and data management for large corporate clients, collaborating with Partners and Managing Attorneys to deliver documents, dashboards, and client tools. Core duties include WRapid reporting setup, template-based billing and forecasting reports,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (required) with strong academic background.
• At least 2 years of business immigration as a paralegal working on NIV cases preferred; 3–5 years in another role possible.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proven organizational, process, and computer skills, including proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Participating in onboarding for new corporate clients, coordinating documents and WRapid setup with Partners/Managing Attorneys.
• Collaborating to prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and client-specific tools.
• Developing familiarity with WRapid report generation, filtering, subscriptions, etc.
• Creating reports for legal team success and updating billing, budgeting, forecasting reports.
• Performing data integrity checks and communicating findings to Leadership/Partners.
• Maintaining client information and supporting training materials for client presentations.
