Job summary

Textile Exchange is a global non-profit driving climate and sustainability improvements in fashion and textile supply chains. The Claims and Labeling Manager will shape claims policies, guide internal teams, and collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure credible, consistent labeling across standards.

The role requires 5+ years in standards work, strong leadership, and experience with Power BI and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in voluntary standards or verification programs.
• Strong understanding of credible sustainability claims and trademark use related to certification.
• Experience managing and developing staff, including performance management, coaching and professional development.
• Able to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders globally in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent English writing and ability to present complex information clearly.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Apply claims and labeling requirements across Textile Exchange standards to maintain integrity.
• Provide guidance and claims submission approval to ensure timely, credible outcomes.
• Develop procedures, guidance and tools to support the claims framework.
• Lead teams on key projects related to claims and labeling.
