Job summary

Textile Exchange is a global non-profit seeking a Senior Manager, Assurance Integrity to lead the team responsible for performance management of assurance providers within its standards system. This role ensures credibility of the standards and drives continuous improvement across the provider network.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor auditing and certification processes, and help manage field monitoring and complaints.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of combined experience in sustainability standards systems and certification.
• Experience as a lead auditor and in oversight of assurance providers.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills; English fluency; ability to work across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assurance provider oversight strategy and performance management.
• Monitor risks and implement corrective actions across the system.
• Collaborate with compliance, training, and engagement teams to strengthen the standards network.
