Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Global Care Navigator to assist members through their mental health care journey with expert coordination and empathy. The role emphasizes bilingual English/French communication, crisis support, and collaboration with clinicians to tailor care plans across multiple platforms.

The position requires a Master’s in a behavioral health field and active licensure, with at least two years of post-licensure clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health field and licensure or certification required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post-licensure.
• Excellent written and verbal English and French communication skills.
• Comfort using multiple computer platforms and new systems.
• Motivated to provide high-touch customer service to members.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients via phone, chat, and email across assigned languages.
• Coordinate care needs: sign-up assistance, troubleshooting, scheduling, and explaining services.
• Conduct clinical needs assessments and refer to appropriate care levels.
• Manage crises with clinical judgment: triage, safety planning, and follow-up.
• Provide psycho-education, empathy, and motivational support for mental health concerns.
• Engage in intake/coaching for global members and customers.
• Identify and resolve barriers to care and tech issues raised by members/providers.
• Document crisis resources for members in different countries.
• Summarize patient interactions in English in Spring Health systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth member experience.
