Job summary

CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange is seeking a Camp Placement Specialist to manage the end-to-end process of placing international participants at U.S. summer camps.

You will onboard, recruit, and place candidates, while selling the Camp Counselor program to camp hosts and coordinating hiring events with international representatives and hosts. Travel is required domestically and internationally to support placement goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of camp staffing or camp director experience.
• Experience in recruitment or B2B/human capital solutions is a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, track, and match camp counselor applicants to U.S. host camps.
• Onboard and sell the Camp Counselor program to prospective hosts.
• Coordinate and facilitate in-person and virtual hiring events with applicants and hosts.
• Prospect and cold call to collect camp hiring needs and onboard new camps.
• Maintain relationships with U.S. summer camps and provide consultation on hiring needs.
