Job summary

GoHighLevel, a remote-first AI-powered business OS, is seeking a Benefits Operations Manager to own the delivery and optimization of US benefits programs. Reporting to the Chief of Staff in the CPO’s Office, you will ensure accurate, scalable, employee-centered benefits operations across the US.

You will shape global benefits philosophy, manage vendor performance, and build scalable processes, education, and tools that make benefits easy to understand.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of US benefits administration and operations experience.
• In-depth knowledge of US health and welfare benefits, ERISA, ACA, COBRA, Section 125, HSA/FSA, and 401(k) operations.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder leadership.
• Ability to balance employee experience, cost, risk, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day US benefits administration.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance.
• Lead global benefits strategy and education programs.
• Design intuitive benefits programs and communications for employees and managers.
