Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a strategic Head of Global Benefits to design and execute a comprehensive benefits program across the U.S., EMEA, and Japan. You will lead health, retirement, and leave programs, drive process optimization with technology and data, and ensure fiduciary and regulatory compliance while guiding a global benefits team.

Partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and IT, you will deliver scalable programs, measure ROI with KPIs, and communicate value to employees

Qualifications

• 12+ years progressive benefits experience
• Global/multinational leadership in matrixed organizations
• Governance/compliance expertise (U.S., EMEA, Japan)
• Innovation using technology, data, and automation
• Strong budgeting, funding strategies, and vendor negotiations

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global benefits strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Lead design and implementation of health, retirement, and leave programs across regions.
• Optimize benefits processes with technology and data analytics for efficiency and scalability.
• Own global benefits communications to improve understanding and perceived value.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, IT and regional teams for compliance and delivery.
• Oversee funding strategies, vendor performance, and fiduciary integrity.
• Lead vendor strategy and governance including broker/partner optimization.
• Establish KPIs from benchmarking and data to improve ROI.
• Resolve operational and administrative challenges with scalable regional solutions.
• Coach and develop a high-performing global benefits team.
