Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Manager, Intangible Transfers and the AECS to join our remote team. You will lead GT compliance efforts, integrate GT requirements into Digital Technology, and advise on licensing, sanctions, and transfers. Program oversight includes data quality, ABAC, and automation initiatives across global sites.

You will work with DT and business leaders, drive risk mitigation, and ensure compliant system design and delivery while traveling ~10% to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree with 7+ years of experience in ITAR/EAR/sanctions compliance.
• Experience engaging compliance with ITAR/EAR and U.S. sanctions using automated export compliance tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead GT compliance and technology ownership across Global Trade and Digital Technology.
• Translate GT requirements into clear business and tech requirements for projects and solutions.
• Identify risks, gaps, and misalignments; provide practical remediation actions and escalate when needed.
• Oversee master data, recordkeeping, and logging for GT activities and tools.
