Rimini Street, Inc. is seeking a Global Benefits Analyst to administer comprehensive US benefits programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with global teams. The role supports wellness initiatives, leave of absence processes, and cross-border benefits projects.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of US benefits experience, with international exposure and Workday HRIS knowledge. This remote position prefers candidates in the Midwest or Northeast, with hybrid options near corporate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or equivalent, with related certifications if applicable.
• 3–5 years of demonstrated US benefits experience.
• International benefits experience across multiple countries preferred.
• Knowledge of US and global benefits regulations and leaves of absence.

Responsabilités

• Administer US benefits programs and serve as primary contact for inquiries.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and open enrollment.
• Lead Wellness initiatives for US and Global employees with vendors.
• Own leave of absence and workers' compensation administration with compliance.
• Audit invoices and coordinate with brokers to resolve escalations.
• Propose organizational enhancements in benefit administration and communication.
• Document all benefit-related workflows and processes.
• Assist with implementing US and international benefit plans with Legal.
• Research and prepare ad hoc reports and metrics; support financial reporting.
• Support Total Rewards projects and initiatives as needed.
