Job summary

AMPP seeks a Senior Director of Standards & Technical Engagement to drive the strategic quality and global adoption of the standards portfolio. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, association management, or related field required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive leadership or management experience in technical operations, standards development, or association management.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of Standards Operations and Technical Engagement.
• Lead and support the team in accomplishing departmental goals and strategic priorities.
• Drive adoption and citation growth for AMPP standards globally.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align technical programs with organizational objectives.
• Manage budgets and resources and monitor program performance.
