Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive OTC/AR/FP&A experience in SaaS or technology sectors.
• Experience coordinating cross-regional teams and analyzing financial data.
• Experience leading teams through process changes in SOX-compliant environments.

Responsibilities

• Global Operational Liaison role coordinating Revenue/Finance and AR Operations.
• Standardize and accelerate AR project timelines and cross-functional coordination.
• Document SOPs for AR workflows with validated controls.
• Lead AI automation and process innovations in OTC/AR workflows.
• Deploy predictive risk engines and automate prioritization of collections.
