Job summary

Octave is seeking a Software Consultant to join its global support team in a remote US capacity. The role emphasizes troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating with development teams, and maintaining detailed documentation. Travel is limited; work from home or any Octave office is possible.

You will engage with customers, document outcomes, and develop training materials while ensuring adherence to SLAs. A strong engineering background and experience with Octave solutions are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong competency of Intergraph Smart3D with knowledge of additional Octave Solutions an advantage.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills via telephone, email, video and in person.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and consulting services.
• Customer service experience and ability.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technically complex support issues for Octave solutions and interfaces.
• Collaborate with solution development and product teams to investigate problems and document design issues.
• Maintain knowledge base and document support activities.
• Develop proficiency in CRM systems and adhere to SLAs.
• Prepare technical documents, instructions, and training for users.
