Job summary

Octave is seeking a full-time Software Consultant to join its global support team. The role offers flexibility with limited travel and the option to work from home or any Octave office location in the US.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating with product teams, documenting outcomes, and maintaining knowledge bases. Prior experience with Intergraph Smart3D is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong competency in Intergraph Smart3D with knowledge of Octave solutions is advantageous.
• Excellent oral and written communication via telephone, email, video, and in person.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and consulting services.
• Customer service experience and ability.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technically complex support issues related to Octave solutions and interfaces.
• Collaborate with solution development and product teams; document design issues and customer feedback.
• Document support activities and maintain knowledge base.
• Develop training material and internal/external instructions.
• Travel limited; participate in customer training as needed.
