Job summary

Bausch Health is seeking a Territory Manager for GI in the San Antonio South area. The role focuses on selling our GI portfolio and building strong customer relationships with HCPs in a large geographic territory.

The candidate will develop data-driven territory plans, demonstrate product knowledge across portfolios, and meet sales targets. Overnight travel may be required; the base pay ranges from $105,000 to $145,000 with eligibility for bonuses or a sales incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 2 years GI specialty pharmaceutical sales experience preferred or proven track record.
• Resides in or near assigned geography.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate selling skills and pull-thru execution by strategically allocating resources to drive results.
• Develop effective customer relationships and leverage them to drive results.
• Show baseline knowledge of business analytics including customer data, resources, and tools.
• Build account and territory plans and access high-value accounts.
• Utilize available data to target high-prescribing HCPs.
• Demonstrate expertise across product portfolio and managed care.
• Meet or exceed call averages and sales performance expectations.
• Attend sales trainings, meetings, and national/regional conferences.
