Job summary

Bausch Health in Charleston, West Virginia, seeks a Specialty Territory Manager to lead sales across GI products in the assigned region. You will develop customer relationships, build territory plans, and use data to target high-potential accounts and prescribers.

Responsibilities include delivering compelling presentations, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Travel may be required; base pay ranges 105k–145k with bonus or incentive plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years GI specialty pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Resides in or within close proximity to assigned geography.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving history.
• Overnight travel may be required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate selling skills and pull-thru execution to drive results.
• Develop effective customer relationships to drive sales results.
• Utilize business analytics to understand customer data and tools.
• Build account and territory plans and target high prescribing HCPs.
• Deliver sales presentations to target HCPs and meet/exceed targets.
