Bausch Health is seeking a Specialty Territory Manager to drive sales of our GI portfolio across a defined region in the United States. You will develop account plans, build relationships with healthcare providers, and allocate resources to maximize patient outcomes.

This role requires travel within the territory, strong business acumen, teamwork, and data-driven decision making. A minimum of two years GI specialty pharmaceutical sales experience is preferred, with a valid driver’s license and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years GI specialty pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Resides in or near assigned geography.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving history.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate selling skills and pull-thru execution through strategically allocating resources to drive results.
• Develop effective customer relationships and leverage those relationships to drive results.
• Demonstrate knowledge of business analytics including customer data, resources, and tools.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations to target HCPs.
• Meet or exceed call averages and sales performance.
