Job summary

Bausch Health Companies Inc. is seeking a field-based GI specialty pharmaceutical sales professional. You will develop customer relationships, execute territory plans, and deliver compelling product presentations to target healthcare professionals across a large geography.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of GI pharma sales experience, with overnight travel and a valid driver’s license. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years GI specialty pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Resides in or near assigned geography.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with good driving history.
• Overnight travel may be required.
• Strong business acumen, teamwork, collaboration, accountability, tenacity, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate selling skills to drive results and allocate resources.
• Develop customer relationships to drive results.
• Understand business analytics and patient/provider data.
• Build account and territory plans and target high-potential accounts.
• Deliver sales presentations to target HCPs and meet/exceed call and sales targets.
• Maintain knowledge of product portfolio, therapeutic areas, and managed care.
