ModMed seeks a Medical Director, Gastroenterology to lead GI clinical and product strategy on our cloud platform. You’ll gather user feedback, validate workflows, and support customer success, sales, and marketing initiatives while traveling to events and HQ as needed. Ideal candidates have 5+ years GI practice experience and strong communication and public speaking skills.

Formación

• Gastroenterologist with at least 5+ years clinical experience; recent private practice experience preferred.
• You must be able to commit to at least 2 days per week.
• Willingness to travel to HQ, tradeshows, client sites and conferences.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a GI clinical and product expert, developing deep knowledge of ModMed GI workflows.
• Gather user feedback and partner with Product to validate workflows and enhancements.
• Support customer retention through proactive outreach and post-go-live check-ins.
• Lead attendance as speaker at annual user group conference and Client Advisory Board meetings.
• Support Sales by making introductions and attending tradeshows.
• Collaborate with Marketing for speaking engagements, webinars, and market growth.
• Act as a clinical escalation resource for CS, Support, and Implementation teams.
• Create doctor-to-doctor training resources and videos.
