• Ability to advise on client risk and regulatory guidance across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategic direction of the Global KYC program across regulated entities.
• Lead a team of KYC professionals and drive performance across jurisdictions.
• Drive KYC issue management and corrective actions globally.
• Partner with sales, coverage, account management, customer experience, product, and engineering to design KYC initiatives for new launches.
• Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for regulatory reporting and provide KPI reporting to senior leadership.
• Shape interpretation of global KYC requirements with Legal and Compliance to balance compliance and business velocity.
