Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We fill your caseload, handle the administrative work, and surround you with the clinical community you need to thrive — all from home.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible, fee-for-service arrangements. Licensed clinical psychologists (PhD / PsyD) can start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and build from there, with a supportive team, AI documentation

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Michigan.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet each patient’s needs.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations.
