Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide fully remote psychotherapy practice focused on Medicare-covered therapy for older adults. We fill your caseload, handle the administrative work, and surround you with a clinical community to thrive from home.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for licensed clinical psychologists (PhD / PsyD) on a fee-for-service basis, starting at 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2) and growing from there.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active independent license to practice psychology in Connecticut.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
