Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual mental health practice seeking licensed psychologists to join remotely. You’ll be supported with a built-in caseload, admin help, and a collaborative clinical team, enabling you to focus on delivering high-quality psychotherapy to older adults.

Start part-time or full-time on a fee-for-service basis (1099) or W2 with benefits; set your own hours across 7 days. Work from home with AI documentation tools and ongoing supervision and CEUs to grow your geriatric

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD/PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Nebraska.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
