ID Recruitment is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support the sales team in selecting and designing filter systems and single-use process solutions for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and industrial applications. The role is fully remote and can be based in Ireland or Germany, with emphasis on bilingual communication and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science or Chemistry with proven relevant work experience and/or sales skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
• Dynamic, personable, self-motivated with strong work ethic; attention to detail is critical.
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills with ability to present information to top management, public groups, and boards of directors.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and CRM programs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with existing customers and qualified sales leads through the entire sales cycle to closing, including order receipt.
• Develop relationships with customer accounts including end-users, management and purchasing contacts.
• Identify and cultivate sales opportunities by researching potential accounts and building rapport.
• Organize and prioritize sales opportunities for growth.
• Respond to inquiries with technical information and pricing; create quotations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address questions and objections and guide product solutions.
