Be in IT is seeking a Call Centre Operator (German+Italian) for fully remote work within Poland. The role focuses on handling customer interactions via phone and email, building strong relationships across markets, and supporting business operations while ensuring policy and data protection compliance.

You must be fluent in German and Italian, possess strong communication skills, and have proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and Italian (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer and stakeholder interaction by phone and email.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, international environment.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Proactive, adaptable, well-organized with attention to detail; willing to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders via phone and email in daily operations.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues across international markets.
• Support day-to-day business operations and related administrative activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and data protection requirements.
• Escalate complex issues when appropriate and support continuous process improvement.
